OUR HISTORY
We are a programming team born in 2015, in Quito, Ecuador. We do Web development, we specialize in remote work and we serve clients anywhere in the world.
We were born in 2015 as a software implementation arm of a German company. We settled in the outskirts of the city of Quito, in a small office with 4 people. We had an ADSL connection via telephone.
By the beginning of 2019 the team grew to 7 people. We upgraded our connection with a Point-To_Point link using Ubiquiti antennas and moved to a larger facility.
In March 2019 we were a team of 12 people. By that time we already had fiber optics.
In March 2020, due to the pandemic, we closed the physical office and moved to 100% work from home. Fortunately we had experience working from homeoffice and were able to continue working remotly.
The evolution towards the use of agile methodologies has increased TeamQ's responsiveness to its customers.
TeamQ opened up to the world and serves companies and organizations in several countries.
TeamQ starts to create solutions powered by artificial intelligence (AI). This transformation allows build smarter and more personalized products, aligned with the real needs of customers.
