We want to invite small and medium-sized businesses and real users to participate in a free Beta testing program in order to:

  • Evaluate the functionality, usability, and stability of the CRM.
  • Receive structured and actionable feedback.
  • Make improvements and set priorities based on actual use.

Start and duration

  • Start of Beta testing: February 2, 2026
  • Duration: 4 months
  • End of Beta testing: June 2, 2026

Target audience

  • Small or medium-sized businesses and individuals interested in testing a CRM in its early stages and actively participating in its evolution.

Ideal participant profile

We are looking for companies or individuals who:

  • Use or need a CRM on a daily or weekly basis. (Many individuals or companies do not know they need a CRM.)
  • Have active business processes (sales, follow-up, etc.).
  • Be willing to test tools in the early stages and suggest improvements.

Conditions of participation

  • The Beta program will last 4 months, at no cost.
  • Participants must actively use the CRM during the testing period.
  • Access will initially be requested via email.

You will then be asked for:

  • The number of users you want to create.
  • Basic information for creating accounts.
  • Each user will receive their access credentials individually.
  • Places for the Beta version are limited.

What the Beta version is and isn’t

  • The Beta version is a real-world testing environment and may feature:
  • Frequent changes in functionality.
  • Adjustments to workflows.
  • Temporary interruptions for maintenance or improvements.
  • It is not a final or commercial version of the product.

Functional scope evaluated during the Beta

During the program, the following will be evaluated:

  • Customer and contact management.
  • Inquiries and business opportunities.
  • Follow-up and feedback system.
  • CRM roles, permissions, and basic workflows.

Terms, communication, and support

Participants must accept an email containing the Terms and Conditions, which specifies, among other points, that:

    • The information entered will not be sold or shared with third parties.
    • Current data protection regulations are complied with.

They must agree to join a WhatsApp group exclusively for the Beta program, where the following will be communicated:

    • Improvements and new features.
    • Scheduled maintenance.
    • System availability and possible temporary outages.

Support during the Beta will be provided solely through:

    • WhatsApp group.
    • Designated email.
    • Biweekly meetings.

Feedback and follow-up

Participants must agree to:

  • Send comments, errors, and suggestions using an established format to ensure clarity and traceability.
  • Participating in biweekly virtual meetings with:

    • Frequency: every 15 days.
    • Maximum duration: 1 hour.

These meetings will focus on reviewing feedback, prioritization, and product development.

Commitments on the part of TeamQ

  • Custody and protection of information in accordance with data protection law.
  • Transparent communication about the status of the system.

If a participant decides to withdraw from the program:

  • They must notify us in writing via email.
  • Within a maximum of 5 business days, a complete backup of their information will be sent by email.

Terms, communication and support

Closure of the Beta program

At the end of the 4 months:

  • A summary of improvements implemented during the Beta will be shared.
  • The roadmap for the next versions will be presented.
  • Participants may choose to continue using the application, setting a possible monthly fee per license, with no obligation to remain.
  • If they choose not to continue using the application, a complete backup of their information will be sent by email within a maximum of 10 business days.
