TEAMQ Small Business Suite Beta Program (Beta version)

1) Purpose of the Beta program
The Beta program is a real-world testing environment for the Suite, aimed at evaluating functionality, usability, and stability, receiving structured and actionable feedback, and implementing priority improvements based on actual use.
The Beta version is not a final or commercial version. It may undergo frequent changes, workflow adjustments, and temporary interruptions for maintenance or improvements.
2) Duration, cost, and availability
Start date: February 2, 2026
End: June 2, 2026
Duration: 4 months
Cost: no cost during the Beta
Quotas: limited
3) Conditions of participation
To participate, the User/Participant agrees that:
- Access is initially requested via email.
Subsequently, the Participant must provide:
- Number of users to be created.
- Basic information for account creation.
- Each user will receive their credentials individually
- The Participant must actively use the suite during the trial period.
4) Functional scope evaluated during the Beta
During the program, the following will be evaluated primarily:
- Customer and contact management.
- Inquiries and business opportunities.
- Follow-up and feedback system.
- Basic roles, permissions, and flows of the suite.
5) Data terms, privacy, and information custody
The Participant agrees that the information entered into the Suite:
- Will not be sold or shared with third parties.
- TeamQ undertakes to:
- Comply with current data protection regulations.
- Maintain custody and protection of information in accordance with data protection law.
6) Communication, support, and official channel
The Participant agrees to join an exclusive WhatsApp group for the Beta program, where TeamQ will communicate:
- Improvements and new features.
- Scheduled maintenance.
- System availability and possible temporary outages.
- Support during the Beta will only be provided through:
- WhatsApp group.
- Designated email.
- Biweekly meetings.
7) Feedback and follow-up
The Participant agrees to:
- Send comments, errors, and suggestions using an established format to ensure clarity and traceability.
- The Participant agrees to participate in biweekly meetings via Microsoft Teams:
- Frequency: every 15 days.
- Maximum duration: 1 hour.
- Objective: review of feedback, prioritization, and product evolution.
8) TeamQ commitments during the Beta
TeamQ commitments during the Beta TeamQ agrees to:
- Safeguard and protect information in accordance with data protection law.
- Communicate transparently about the status of the system.
9) Voluntary withdrawal from the program and data backup
If the Participant decides to withdraw from the program:
- They must notify us in writing via email.
- Within a maximum of 5 business days, TeamQ will send a complete backup of their information by email.
10) End of the Beta program and optional continuation
At the end of the 4 months:
- TeamQ will share a summary of improvements implemented during the Beta.
- TeamQ will present the roadmap for the following versions.
- Participants may choose to continue using the application, defining a possible monthly fee per license, with no obligation to remain.
- If they choose not to continue, within a maximum of 10 business days, TeamQ will send a complete backup of their information by email.
11) Participant benefits (if applicable)
During the Beta, the Participant may receive:
- Early access to the suite and new features.
- Direct influence on the evolution of the product.
- Recognition as Early Adopters.
- 10% discount (on the normal price) for 2 years in case of contracting after the trial phase.
12) Acceptance
By replying to the Beta program invitation/activation email with the phrase:
“I accept the Terms and Conditions of the TEAMQ Small Business Suite Beta Program,” the Participant confirms that they have read and accept the contents of this document, including their commitment to active use, membership in the WhatsApp group, and participation in biweekly meetings.
